Who is ZAHRAL?

ZAHRAL is an e-commerce platform founded in 2025 by Nouraldin, dedicated to offering nature’s purest gifts. Our focus lies in high-quality products such as frankincense, premium coffee, and traditional garments like Abayas. We stand for quality, culture, and well-being.

Why do you focus on Frankincense and Yemeni coffee?

We choose to specialize in these products due to their historical and cultural significance, renowned quality, and potential health benefits. They reflect our philosophy of combining tradition with well-being.

Shipping & Payment

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer PostNord or DHL. Standard delivery times are typically 4-7 business days in Sweden and 7-14 days outside Sweden after your order has been processed.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs 10$. We offer free shipping on purchases over 50$.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept, credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard) & paypal.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your shipment.

Returns, Refunds & Complaints

​Here you will find answers regarding returns, withdrawals, and complaints. We at ZAHRAL follow the Swedish Distance Contracts Act to ensure you feel safe with your purchase.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

​1. How long do I have to return an item?

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or someone designated by you, received the item.

​2. How do I initiate a return?

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period.

​Step 1: Contact us via email at Connect.zahral@gmail.com. You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form if you prefer.

​Step 2: After notifying us, send the item back to us within 14 days.

​Step 3: Please always contact us before sending the package to receive the correct return address and instructions.

​3. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, normally the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost when exercising the right of withdrawal.

​4. Can I return all types of products?

There are exceptions for hygiene and health reasons. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products if the seal has been broken after delivery:

​Frankincense Soap

​Shampoo

​Essential Oils

​Foodstuffs (e.g., Coffee and Honey)

​Custom-made goods (items made specifically to your personal wishes).

5. Can I try on the items before returning?

You have the right to examine the item to assess its characteristics and function. However, if the item has been handled more than necessary (damaged, soiled, or altered), we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the diminution in value from your refund.

Refunds

6. When will I get my money back?

We will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping cost (from us to you), as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we received your notice of withdrawal.

​Note: We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you have provided proof that the item has been sent back.

Complaints (Defective Items)

7. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you have the right to make a complaint. The right to complain is valid for three (3) years under Swedish law.

​Action: Contact us immediately at Connect.zahral@gmail.com discovering the defect. Notifying us within two months is always considered reasonable time.

​Resolution: For approved complaints, we will repair the defect, send a new item, offer a price reduction, or cancel the purchase depending on the situation.

8. Do I pay for shipping if the item is defective?

No. In the case of an approved complaint (defective or wrong item), ZAHRAL covers all costs, including return shipping.

Frankincense

How do I use Frankincense Essential Oil?

The oil can be used in several ways. It is commonly applied in aromatherapy (in a diffuser), in skincare (diluted with a carrier oil), or as an additive in bathwater. Always ensure essential oils are diluted before applying them to the skin.

Can Frankincense Soap be used on sensitive skin?

Our Frankincense Soap is made with natural ingredients. While frankincense is generally considered gentle, we recommend performing a patch test first, especially for sensitive skin.

Coffee

What makes Yemeni coffee unique?

Yemen is considered the birthplace of coffee. Yemeni coffee is often hand-picked and traditionally sun-dried, resulting in a complex, fruity, and sometimes spicy flavor profile that sets it apart from other varieties.

Do you offer both whole beans and ground coffee?

Yes, we offer whole beans & ground coffee. We also provide an Electric Coffee Grinder in our assortment

Abayas

How do I choose the right Abaya size?

Our Abayas are designed to offer a comfortable, flowing fit. Each product page includes a size guide with length and width recommendations. For certain models, such as the “Butterfly Abaya,” please refer to the specific measurements to ensure your preferred fit and style.

How should I care for my Abaya?

To maintain fabric quality and colour, we recommend handwashing or using a gentle cold-wash cycle. Hang to dry and avoid high heat when ironing.
